NOTE: Please register for an Initial Consultation before registering for this Workshop. In this second workshop the counseling CLT builds on the foundation set in Workshop #1 and shifts into high-gear implementation. The team dives into the Data Talk Template (DTT) to identify the needs of every off-track student, then designs targeted outreach efforts that provide the right support for each student's success. From there, the team crafts a clear, strategic action plan—complete with roles, timelines, and accountability checkpoints—to ensure every intervention is not just planned, but delivered with impact.
